What do I wear to my appointment?
Therapeutic massage: Undress to your comfort level. It is recommended that you take off everything except underwear. Myofascial Release: Lose fitting clothing you can move in and/or sports bra and shorts.
What kind of products are used during the massage?
Organic Jojoba Oil from Jojoba Company.
Do you take insurance?
No. I take cash, check, venmo, apple pay and credit cards.
